Mission Statement: The Greenville
High School Academic Booster Club is dedicated to promoting and recognizing scholastic achievement.
The Academic Booster Club was formed for the purpose of giving
all students additional community and parental support that stresses the
importance of and rewards the educational success of students. Research studies have
shown that students do better in school when parents and the
community are actively involved in the educational process. The goal of
the Greenville High School Academic Booster Club is to support the students and
the faculty of GHS in any way possible - academic recognition, field trip
support, adult help within the school, and the development of a scholarship
fund. It is our belief that the Academic Booster Club can only bring
positive results for our students, the school district, the business community, and the
community at large. We need your help as well as financial support for the
school
year to continue to honor our students.
- Membership in the Academic Booster Club is open to anyone who has an
interest in furthering the academic achievement of all Greenville
students. The funds will be used to finance all activities of the
organization.
- Annual Dues are $5.00 per person or $10.00 per family.
- Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday or every month in the High
School Library beginning at 7:00pm (use upper lot entrance).

In order to effectively serve our GHS student body, we need
individuals who are willing to act as chairpersons or serve on a committee. It is our hope to have a minimum of two chairpersons per
committee (depending on the workload). This commitment to one activity should be very
manageable. Please check any or all areas that
you are willing to help with. If you have any questions or concerns,
please contact one of the following officers:
